New Looks Salon & Academy provides beauty and grooming services including but not limited to:

  • Hair styling and treatments

3. Appointments & Bookings

When booking an appointment with us:

  • Appointments are subject to availability
  • A confirmation will be sent via phone/WhatsApp/email
  • We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your appointment
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before: Full refund or rescheduling
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee may apply
  • No-shows: Full service charge may be applied
  • Bridal bookings may have different cancellation terms

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service
  • We accept cash, cards, and UPI payments
  • Advance booking may require a deposit
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

6. Academy & Courses

For students enrolling in our academy courses:

  • Course fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule
  • Course materials are included unless specified otherwise
  • Certificates are provided upon successful completion
  • Attendance requirements must be met for certification
  • Refund policies for courses are available on request

7. Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any allergies or skin conditions
  • We use sanitized equipment and maintain hygiene standards
  • Patch tests may be required for certain treatments
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may cause harm
